I know this is bringing a thread back from the dead but what the problem is is a simple smple fix to begin with. On the switch board when your looking at the light the gray rectangle that is on the left if the bulb is on the bottom when your looking at it. There is a piece that sticks out of the switch that controls the automatic roll down feature of the driver side window. on the board there is a white outline where this piece is supposed to go prior to reinstall if it is moved all the way down it will roll your window down and stay down because it cant reset itself in the proper spot. the only reason imstating this is because if someon stumbles on this post during a search they will be able to fix it.
