Need help with CEL codes

To begin, the codes are P0017,P0340,P0341.
My car has been recently running horrible and miss-firing like crazy which is causing a bad idle. The car runs fine when I am driving (around 3000 rpm, like highway driving) Its just when I decelerate that my interceptor gauges will detect 2-24 miss fires depending what gear I am in. When parked and the car is idle the rpm range is usually between 700 and 950, sometimes it will drop to 600 which is very annoying at a red light considering my exhaust is loud. also In idle it will almost instantly jump to 24 miss fires. A interesting thing I noticed is that when my gas tank is Completely full it wont miss fire but the idle is still kinda rough. Anyways I think it is cause of a bad tune but before I go get it re-tuned I want to know if that is the problem as I don't really have money to get a tune just to test. recently(august ish) I had 60# injectors installed (with the tune) and since then its been acting up. the code P0340 is the camshaft position sensor and from what I have read on other forums is that a 2005 2.0 LSJ doesn't have the typical cam sensor, I also read that it doesn't have one at all. my mechanic said he would order the part and then went ghost and hasn't answered, maybe cause he was wrong about the part?. I talked to dealerships and some will say the part doesn't exist while another will say that it does.

NGK iridium spark plugs are only a few months old so I don't think it would be the spark plugs.
my spark plug in cylinder 1 has oil on it, I assume this is from the miss firing.

does anyone know what the fix is for the camshaft codes?

I am also using a 2007 LSJ PCM that is tuned for the 2005 lsj engine I dont know if that makes a difference?

the lsj does have a cam sensor, its located at the end of the exhaust cam in the housing thats bolted to to the head. all 3 codes point to a bad cam sensor. shouldnt be too hard to get one.

2007 ecm in an 05? i didnt think that was possible.

Oh it does? do you know if it is a standard one that an 07 lsj would use? I can find those on the internet but not anything for an 05?. also I think the ecm is fine the only thing wrong is the gas gauge is backwards lol

all lsj engine 2004 to 2007 use the same cam sensor. make sure your looking up the correct engine, the 2.2l didnt get a cam sensor till 2007, but the 2.0l always had it. rock auto has a listing for it.
