The plastic one at the end of the s/c snout? It screws out...yeah, it had me confused for a while at first, too. Just get a really thin pair of pliers to get it started, then you should be able to use your hand from there.

new problem can't get my tensioner back on I took off this hex bolt under the tensioner pully and I cant bring the pully back up to where it was originally.

bump for this guy im having the same problem , we took off the original tensioner pulley and tried to install the intense 3 in one and there is no way this belt is gonna go over it , ive tried the 15mm wrench , its too loose around the bolt that you have to push down , DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO INSTALL THE BELT AFTER INSTALLING THE 3INCH TENSIONER PULLEY FROM INTENSE
