Hello, I have recently managed to destroy my 2nd gear synchro and shift fork. Would it be cheaper to replace the broken parts and pay for labor to fix it or would it be cheaper to buy a used tranny thats in good condition and have somebody put that in?

Ok I think I found a transmission with only 16k miles for $200, ill have to call. What do you think the cost of labor would be to put that sucker in?
