new car, wierd issues?

hey guys, ive had my 07 ss/sc for a few weeks, i finally got on her today, it feels wierd sometimes, in first, ill roll out like usual then hit the gas, the revs and boost go up but the car feels like it isnt pulling as it should, is this the clutch slipping?
it dosnt do it all the time, mostly im already i gear and hit the gas and it happens and only seems to happen in first gear, my cousins friends has an 06,ss sc, hes has stage 2, and lots of bolted on parts, he says if he punches it in gear sometimes the same thing happens to him and he says its the clutch slipping, i just wanna be sure its the clutch so i can keep an eye on it if need be, thanks in advance.

you should break the clutch in for a good 500 miles before you start getting on it like that... may just be slipping

easiest way to detect a "slipping" clutch is to get the car rolling and put it in 4th gear...should just about be snubbing out (because you should be going just slow enough for fourth, maybe 25mph?) and then floor the throttle...if your rpms go up faster than your speedometer...your clutch is slipping. this technique is used by mechanics all around the world as a quick check for slipping clutches. Try it.

Good way to tell if the clutch is slipping. Get on it a bit in 2nd gear.(Dont have to floor it.) get it up to about 5000 RPMS. Put it into 3rd and drop the clutch. Your RPMS should drop sharply to around 2400 or so.
Thsi works too but is a little harder on the clutch than my tech.

My tech said to get it to 25mph drop it in secong rev it till 6 grand and drop the clutch. It should tear the tires apart. I did this to check my 07 ss/sc with only 1700 miles on it, and what i get is 25 miles per hour and redline rpm.

My clutch, Sunroof, and windsheild are gone. all in the first month of owning my car.
