Now my Sedan has issues...

Just like another member was having difficulties with his car dying on him (astrocrep) mine is now doing the same thing. Going home today my car lights came on and off and the DIC reset about 3 times and then the 4th time the whole car died... all my lights would come on and the bottom right hand corner of the car the security light just kept flashing fast... click click click click click is what I heard for the first 5 minutes before the car started up and was on my way but not before I almost got killed on the freeway because I had no brakes, no steering, no radio... nothing, just had two ways.... this all happened within 15 minutes..

Well I called the dealership and immediatly they knew what it could have been... they said to bring it in.. well I cannot do that because they closed before I got there so I drove home and went to go look at houses with my real estate agent and my girlfriend. We get done looking at three houses and we were going to go home and then it hit me... my sedan won't start again... ran fine after the freeway incident untilt his again.. click click click click click click ... click... VRRROOM. mother f#%ker... anyways get it home and now I will have to take this thing in now... I just had my SS in and it too will now have to go in because of other issues it's having..

I'm about ready to give up on both of the cobalts... trade them in.. there both lemons.. my z24 never had any of these issues...

Good luck with your problem. It sounds like its a ground wire issue...

Mine was located under the left headlight and pushing down on the bumper in that spot would "fix" the problem until the wire was cur and re-tapped.

Don't let them blame you Remote-Start (though you never do know sometimes).

Good Luck!!
