O2 sensor not working like it should

Little info about the car: stock 06 LSJ 65k miles. sometimes the O2 sensor works, other times it throws a code saying no activity detected. I've unhooked the harness, checked pins, dielectric greased, inspected wires, cannot find anything. seems to happen more on cool (50deg) mornings on the way to work. taken some screenshots of activity using Torque, one is when it's fine, other when it seems dead.
Is the O2 sensor shot, or are there problems elsewhere?

don't know what you mean by shot the wires, unless you mean ohm test them, which I have not. and no I didn't swap sensors yet, I didn't want to waste $80 and have it not be the problem.
