Oil in engine bay. (Did some tests need help)

Hey I have searched looking under "compression test", "stock cylinder pressure", "compression". A bunch of different combinations and cant find an exact answer. If you know of it please post it.

So I looked under the hood today (at something unrelated) and saw oil on the bottom of the hood, on the engine, you know the usual. So I started it and didnt see smoke out my exhuast, didnt sound different, not too out of the ordinary. So I drove it to my house to do a compression test (didnt boost it). Compression test results

#1:120
#2:120
#3:120
#4:120

Now do those numbers look bad? Since I looked at a bunch of post that say they should be near the same compression (which they are) Didnt know what to think. So I went to get something to eat this time it felt a little hesitant (not really getting into boost maybe 1psi) and I boosted a little 7-9psi maybe because I had to get in front of someone, it started to sputter and the exhasut sound changed, the when I let off it changed back. I opened the hood when I parked and out was the dip stick.

So on the way home it didnt feel terrible but I never boosted, dip stick was still in. Also, I threw no codes while driving.

Again I am not sure what typical compression tests show but do they look bad? Is my motor fucked? If it doesnt seem blow what could be happening.

Again sorry if this is another blown engine story, I just got sick of looking through meaningless posts.

hmmm, crank case pressure causes the stick to pop out. worth checking again.

maybe some one else can chime in with some ideas.

check both the intake manifold to head gasket, and the supercharger to intake manifold gasket.

Ok, what am I looking for? Not too long again I saw the intake manifold gasket and the supercharger gasket and they looked fine.

Update: I got a P0300: Enigne misfire detected ECM/PCM.

How do your plug look, all exactly the same any excessive carbon on any, they are not glossy white I hope.
To do a proper compression test you should do a wet(small amount of oil sprayed or squirted into the cylinder) and dry test and they should be the same or close otherwise there is some ring damage.

If all that turns out good I would be looking at those intake gaskets again or just replace them.

do the old spray the carb cleaner around the gaskets and listen for a change in the engine sound trick.

I thought the plugs looked ok, I purchased new ones just in case.

Well I just hooked it up and cranked it over for the reading. Is 120 low, I was looking around and found some people at 160-180...

If all that turns out good I would be looking at those intake gaskets again or just replace them.
