"Once Per Trip Tests"

As you can see I've posted a picture from the HPT scanner. Now my question is, how long does it take (either mileage wise, or time wise) for my car to run the catalyst, evap system and oxygen sensor tests? My car won't pass the New York State Emission test for inspection without these on. My tuner says he has enabled them, but just driving around I can't get them to turn on. Whats the deal...?
