Outside Temperature sensor

Mine has been acting wierd lately....Like today, I knew it was above 75 degrees but the reading kept saying 65. So after a while of driving the temperature slowly went up to 75. Anybody having issues with it?

I had the same problem when I washed my car the other day. I think the sensor was in water and kept reading 20c when it was 35c outside. After a while it went up. I'm guessing it was reading properly after all the water evaporated.

That's the way it's designed to operate. Depending on how long it's been since the IGN was turned OFF, the reading may not reflect true measured temperature, it's "filtered" because the sensor is mounted up in-front of the radiator where reflected heat at idle and low speeds can cause falsely high readings. So the software allows instananeous DROPS in temperature , but filters any increase in temperature if it "knows" your car was reently shut down after a warm-up cycle AND vehicle speed is less than 18mph. It will increase more quickly to actual temperature once you start driving above 18 mph or so.

EDIT FOR ADDITIONAL INFO:There's no reason to take it in for this condition, as there's a preliminary TSB that basically states that no attempt to repair this condition should be attempted- and the condition as you've described should be considered "normal behavior"

THAT's different
--- is displayed when the IPC isnt getting data from the BCM for the outside air temp, for whatever reason. You can check the sensor if you want, it mounts in behind the LH headlamp,(2-wire connector Dark Green/White, Yellow/Black) but assuming it's correctly connected, you might want to take it in and get the DTCs from the BCM or IPC.
