P0036 lsj

I've been getting the P0036 code without any CEL. I've searched several threads but I still couldn't find out what's causing it. Any help would be appreciated.

I have read that it may be a bad sensor or a blown fuse due to a short somewhere.. I have no idea which sensor or which wire to check tho.

yup, it is misfiring usually between shifts. it shows about 20 when the engine is cold, a bit less when it is warmed up.

ah so it is ems, I will check that tomorrow

so I'm guessing the misfire isn't the cause of this code?

well according to what I have read, the fuse being blown is causing the misfire and the misfire is causing the code.. Could be wrong, but it is worth a look atleast lol.

If the fuse is blown then it is a short from the 02 wire on the cat.. so if its blown, check out the wires coming from that, they should be damaged.. if they fuse is good. Id still check the wires.. other than that.. I have no idea lol, Ill look some more. gl
