P0091 Reduced Power

I am getting a service engine light on my 08 Cobalt SS and a reduced power on the DIC. The code is P0091 and the car will not run but about 60mph. I have cleared the code and it keeps coming on. Any ideas?

P0091 Fuel Pressure Regulator 1 Control Circuit Low

you have low fuel pressure, take it in for warrenty
