P0101 but have full boost

P0101 but have full boost
Been having this problem for a couple weeks and can’t seem to track it down. Car drives great on interstate full boost 25psi doesn’t drop at any point. Once I drive though town i get a p0101. I change the maf 3times. I haven’t drove though water. Check for boost leaks and still nothing. Once the code come on it boost max is 5psi can turn the car off and back on and no problems until stop and go driving. Any help please
