P0365 = Camshaft Position Sensor "B" Circuit (Bank 1)

I am getting this code on every startup, after getting a new clutch installed. The car takes 2-3 tries to get it started. The battery was disconnected for 2 days during the clutch install, and it has never thrown this code prior to the new clutch. How do I fix this? Does it require a relearn? I work for a large Auto Group and it's at one of our
GM Stores to get looked at, so I am hoping they can fix it.

So the Camshaft Position Sensor was apparently unplugged( guessing from the clutch install)...doh! After plugging it in, the extended crank went away but then it threw P1101. Replaced MAF and pigtail(corroded wires) and the code cleared itself. Prior to all this, I was getting Random Misfire codes on a daily basis, but haven't thrown any codes since fixing the MAF/wiring.
