p0481 help please

i have an 05 ss/sc and it is throwing a p0481 code if anybody can shed a little light on this for me i would be greatfull thanks

ooh could be electrical, or the fan motor... but dont stab in the dark, have a mech look at it. Useless to pay for something thats not broken

well i am a mechanic i just needed some info on the code i got a flow chart today so i will figur it out tonight
