Unhappy P2764 & p0700

Had these codes P2764 & P0700 pop up today and not sure where to start.
Lately had my '06 2.2 auto start shifting from 2nd to 3rd kinda firm but noticeable and the same from 3rd to 4th. There has also been issues cranking the car every now and then but not sure if related.
Any help is appreciated.

0700 is a TCM fault, so that doesn't mean anything, can be there just because there's another trans code.

That code seems like the TCC solenoid is giving out, time to look at a trans rebuild, i'm not aware if it's an easily serviced part on these transmissions but odds are if you open it up you will have more problems anyway, I would plan on a rebuild. Check with a local transmission shop and get their opinion.
