PAS Lock and Power Steering Light?????

PAS Lock and Power Steering Light?????
Hey everyone, I was wondering if anyone has experienced the following problem or know of a fix:
Recently "Power Steering" has been coming up on my display flickering on and off, along with the PAS Lock light and all dash gauges going dead and back to life, sweeping while driving. I have replaced the battery due to it being right dead and all of this stared happening about a week later, not sure if it is related. I scanned the power steering, theft system, and instrument panel and all had the same loss of communication with ecm code. Has anyone seen this or know of a fix, Thanks!!
