People need to pay attention

So when I was pulling into my apartment today, some moron decided not to pay attention when backing out of his parking spot.. He almost nailed my passenger side, so I swerved to avoid the accident, hitting a curb in the process. Screwed up my tire real good, and put a nice gash in my rim as well, in addition to screwing up my suspension/alignment. worst part about it is that he's not legally responsible for any of the damages, so this all comes out of my pocket.

Shoulda let him nail you. Sad how it works out like that. Oh well, get a knife and repay him for his idiocy at about 2:00 am. An eye for an eye.

DIZAM!!!

ohhhh snap bro...

hate to see a fellow SEE memeber in truble...I'm all for the "eye for an eye" idea..

if that upsets people we then so will this...The best way i've found to make people understand something is by force...it works every time and if not at first than use more force.

simple

PS!...if you want you can have my black rim till you get yours taken care of...just let me know!

well i already took the car in to get fixed, so thanks for the offer brian for the wheel..

as far as the person goes, it was a he, and he tried to drive away after i hit the curb.. i went running out of my car (still in gear, ebrake up, stalled it) screaming hey ************! stop your car! i tried to talk to him and he's like "well its not my problem" and drove off.. since it all happened on private property, unfortunatley he's right.. it's not his problem.
he's an employee at the apartment complex i live at, so i'm going after the apartments for my deductable, or maybe even just getting the guy fired would be sufficient.. we'll see what happens..

for those of you who've seen my car, im sure you're familiar with my hood..
thats also getting fixed while the car's in the shop, so im pretty stoked about that
