Exclamation Please Help Me?!?

My car is throwing code p0141 (O2 SENSOR BNK1 SEN2 HEATER CKT MALF), i CHANGED THE SENSOR BUT THE CODE STILL CAME BACK. ANY SUGGESTIONS

I ended having to buy a gm sensor because the bosch one didn't work.

I think the sensor was like $180 through the dealer.

did the code ever come back after you changed the sensor to the one you bought from the dealer cuz ive changed the bosch o2 behind the cat twice and it still comes on.

The problem with using a non oem part is that the pcm is set up for the readings from that specific type
of sensor (Oem) the length of the wires on the non oem sensor might be to long and this will affect
the readings(resistance in the wires lowers the voltage going back to the pcm which is millivolts)

This same problem occurs with a lot of vehicals .

But also you have to be careful you dont touch or get anything on the sensor part when you install it.
