This is simple to do I Wrote A How TO about 2 months ago
Simply cut the finger grip off! Right at the top of the Boot.(but invert the boot & cut the zip tie that holds it on the Lock Out & Remove the boot Before You cut !)
Then cut the stich on the Knob Leather & Unwrap it!
Use that Leather to cover the Top of the finger grip that you cut off! Secure it to the lock out! Shown in Pic as the red Zip tie!
Now replace Boot on Lock Out & Replace Black Zip Tie you remove in step 1!
Reinvert your boot & cut a hole in the top of the Leather & Slide it Back on>(Make Hole just little smaller the shifter makes it look clean) SEE PIC Above!

Oh Yea when I took My car in to get my Stage 2 >>The Dealer called me & Said your car has a Tranny Problem! I Said Really Why you say That He Says It wont Go in Reverse! I almost Wreck I was So Hard!!! They couldnt Figure it out ,, I had to go & show them!

1 Thing is Be careful going Into Reverse Dont slam it, The boot pops up! Had a Problem when I 1st did it, Now isnt Problem at all>
