Power shut down problem...

Hey guys,

Got a new problem I've had this for a while actually, I had the battery lacking , so I swapped it out for a Optima Yellowtop. (but the problem came before this)

Basically after driving, when you turn it off, 2-3 seconds later everything power wise dies(no power from anything). and it comes back after a while by itself(sometimes).

Only solution I found is that if you pump the brakes hard enough, the power comes back (and its at 12.2v after that)...

Anyone else getting this problem? It seems I can go months without running into this problem then for a couple of weeks it just starts happening... (which is very strange)

any ideas on how to fix it?

I'm thinking it could be some sort of wiring problem... but then again when i press the brake long enough/or hard enough, it jumps back up, and is 12.24V (very strange)

(First guess)
the problems in the ignition switch.
When you pump the brakes hard enough to jiggle the steering wheel you make contact again in the ignition.
(second guess)
If not that its a pcm problem ,its what controls the power and shuts it off with the power saver mode

Maybe it could be the ignition switch, but that wouldn't give it a reason to shut everything off..., and power saver mode? I dont think the car has this lol even if it did, how would I close my power windows? and turn on my alarm? etc.

BUMP HELPPP MEE LOL

check your ECM fuse and see if it is loose or dirty contact.
