I really sorry for a repeat thread. Just couldnt find what I was looking for.

Well I just got back from Japan for vactaion just to find out my windows dont work. Both windows wont work they changed the 30amp fuse in the kick panel with a new one the old one wasnt even blown. So i was woundering if there was another fuse somewhere? Or is it another problem. They worked fine before the trans got changed out.

 

Ok well took it to the dealer ship and found out it had a short in the bcm. They said i had to get a new one but they said it would cost 690 for parts plus labor. That just seems a little too much for me. Is there a way to jump the fuse to another fuse slot? everything works but the windows. Also i found a BCM from the same year and model car. Would it plug and play or would i have to get it flashed still?
