Power windows freeze a lot?

The rubber along the bottom outside of the glass seems to freeze to the glass pretty easily.

It hasn't even been a cold winter in southern Ontario.

Anyone else notice this?

Or to get the condensation off the windows so you can see the traffic to the right and left of you.

Instead of taking a chance I've resorted to just carefully opening my door and getting out at the window...I rolled the window down once on my Cavy when it was frozen and all the damn weather stripping came with it. Not all about taking that chance with this car .
