having issue with my daughters 2006 cobalt starting,car is getting power has lights,interior lights but when turning key forward doesn't turn over at all. when I got it to start with jumper box checked battery and alternator both showed good,car was doing this before had all recalls done waited til after got them done to check,after gm had it 3 months finally got back Monday and had same issue. any idea where to check first.
