BAD MAB Header Cracked to hell!

About 2 years ago I installed my BAD MAB that I bought brand new. So I have been chasing an exhaust leak for a while now. Basically I keep checking the torque and have even loosened all the nuts and retorqued.

Well last weekend I was puttering on the car and I noticed on the header down in between the 4 tubes meeting at the collector I saw a crack. Well I thought theres my leak thank god now I can get it fixed. So i take it off and put my stocker back on and take a look at the header and there are 3 more cracks.
1 at the collector/downpipe flange,
1 at the#1 tube and head flange,
1 at the #4 tube and head flange,
plus the 1 in the collector.
Anyone else have these issues with BAD MAB headers? Hopefully I can get them all welded up, I work in a jet engine shop and have access to alot of welders so hopefully they can help me out.

Badmabs come with a lifetime warranty... Just contact them and get a new one, no need to try and weld yours.

Mine had fitment issues from day one, got sick of grinding and filing and said good enough. Lived with the leak for about two years, switched to zzp mid length about a month ago and noticed cracks on the badmab welds when I removed it for the last time. I didn't realize how annoyed I was with the leak till it was gone!

Thats what worries me. When I first bought a Bad Mab header (thru Bad News Racing) the one i recieved had the holes for the downpipe drilled wrong- it wouldnt bolt up. Bad News Racing jumped thru hoops/ ricecop jumped thru hoops to make it right. Got BadMab to take it back and say they would send another out ASAP. I paid to next day my header to them, took Bad Mab 4 days to ship out the replacement.

If im out a car for a week because of turn around on this. I'll be pissed. Im looking up my original receipt now to send them an email tonight.

I put my stocker back on for now. It takes a week at least to ship from Canada, so i figured it would be awhile.
