Problem with Projectors

Here is the problem:

http://jpizzlescobaltss.myphotoalbum...01&id=P3190016

There is only one "dot" or beam projecting on the road.

http://jpizzlescobaltss.myphotoalbum...01&id=P3190017

http://jpizzlescobaltss.myphotoalbum...01&id=P3190018

They are aimed correctly (as far as I know) because the beams are at the same height

http://jpizzlescobaltss.myphotoalbum...01&id=P3190019

The "broken" one

http://jpizzlescobaltss.myphotoalbum...01&id=P3190020

The "good" one

Let me know if you think they are aimed incorrectly (I truly don't think so though), something wrong with the projector, or something wrong with the bulb.

Thanks alot!

Anybody have any ideas???

Mine is the same way and when I go over a bump the beam shakes like it’s lose... Good luck getting any support from NGA if that’s who you got them from.

it might not be aimed correctly in the projector housing. I know when i switched the oens in my mitsubishi i had to take it to my school and we have headlight aimer machines that tell you when it is set right. so i know that worked for me. perhaps you can find a local place that does that, i know almost every auto collision shop should have one for that matter.

Good Luck

Take some photos from about 15 to 20 feet from a wall or garage, that is the only way to tell if they are aimed right.

when aiming the projectors, you dont just get them the same height....look at the beam pattern on your car compaired to the one on the how-to....looks like both or one needs to come in a little

Its not the height of the beam its the location of the light inside the projector. I used a machine to aim mine.. I work at an Auto Body shop and the beam still looks like ass. I’m disappointed in the way they turned out.

looks distinctly like theres a problem with one of your projectors.

I would check both your bulbs. consider swapping them to see if the problem switches sides with it? if so you have a problem bulb.

But im definately leaning towards obsoletes observation.

The bulbhousing/cutoff plate/projector lens, are not lining up properly....
