Problem: Rear passenger clunk on 07 LT. Advice?

Hey, wondering if someone else has had this issue/problem, and if so, what might be some things that are wrong?

Every time pull in/out of my drive way, or if I hit a bump, small or large, something in my rear on the passenger side makes a clunk/knock noise. It seems to be originating from near/by the wheel well.

I'm going to be taking it in for service as it's a 2007 LT coupe and still under warranty. I was just curious if there's anything I might be able to point the service tech to, or anything in specific I should say.

Thanks for the help!

I have the same clunk noise with my LS. I took it to the dealership and they couldn't find anything wrong. Did your dealership find a problem?

does it sound like something is slamming into the underside of the car? or just a slight knock?

i had banging noise a while ago.. every bump i hit cause this wicked bang noise from the rear passenger side.. I can't remember specifically what it was, it was a while ago, but they had to tighten a bolt on/ or around the rear axle.

Just an update... I took it in, as it's under warranty, and they fixed the issue. They ended up replacing the Rear Suspension Insulator on the passenger side. Assuming this is a bushing of some sort or something along those lines. It took them one day to fix. It has been a few weeks since and all is well. No noise or anything... so if you're under warranty take it in. It's a quick fix, and make sure to tell them to check the suspension insulator.
