problems starting

I have an 06 cobalt 2.0 and for some reason it doesnt like to start it will crank two or three times before it starts (sometimes up to five or seven). So ive check all turnover but wont start issues like new fuel pump (thats when i took it to the dealership to see what they'd do cuz i couldnt find the problem), new spark plugs (also tighten down to its prefences), connectors have been cleaned with elec. cleaner, fuel psi to injectors is 60 psi, injectors are good and o-rings have been replaced, its not the battery i dont know how many times i have to tell people its not the freaking battery its brand new and jumpin the car doesnt help so i know it not the battery, it could be the starter coils i dont know how to properly check them but what is pissing me off is i checked what i could took it to the dealership they said it was the fuel pump and it hasnt down anything they said it was the return line of the fuel pump and that was what the problem was if anyone can help me out with this problem that'd be great seriously i would really like my car to be running its embarssing to keep cranking it in front of other people

Could be alot of things,
Start with the grounds since its a 06 ,the ones behind the driver side head light is where I would start and proceed to all others you can find under the hood.

Malfunctioning purge solenoid under the hood causes this type of problem but usually after fill ups.you could try plugging it.

Another thing if you turn the key on and wait for the fuel pump to stop priming before you start it ,Does it make any difference.?
