Problems with a STOCK SC ?

Just curious.... Is there anyone that has a STOCK SS/SC with problems? After reading a bunch of problems here I've noticed that every one of them have done some sort of engine mod to thier cars. Are there any ppl that have not done anything to modify thier engines performance with problems?

Well I have some mods with no issues. That's all I can tell you bro.

Just stick with GM parts and you will be good to go.

The only way the Injen can void the warranty is if something brakes and they can prove the Injen had something to do with it. So bassicaly the only way it will void the warranty is if you stop in a 2ft puddle of water and suck water in through the intake.

The dry charger is wrap that goes around the cone air filter of the Injen to prevent water from getting on the cone. It still lets all the air through but not water. Well worth the money.

Here is a link to it! http://www.injen.com/hydroshield.html

Ahh very nice. Does it restrict any air though? or basically it's not noticable. How much was it? You buy it through the injen website or a local performance shop? It doesn't need to be oiled does it?

I have a stock SS/SC with no problems. I'm starting to develop the 1-2 shift slip that is caused by that bad slave cylinder.
