What brand did you get you may have to machine the snout if you have not already done so

#1 PLease tell me your not runnin a 2.6 on gm stg II tune and inj (engine suicide)
#2 also check your belt routing around the ac compresssor
#3 did you check to make sure the pulley spins freely when on the s/c?
if #3 doesn't... you might have to grind down the s/c snout a bit (I hope its the ZZP pulley) but because a few of our snouts were out of round we had to sand or dremel a few areas under the pulley.

Are the bolts holding the pulley to the hub rubbing against the snout? I had to put a washer at the head of my pulley ring bolts so it wouldn't grind the snout

You did what?!?!!?! Was it a flash washer or lock washer? I would be VERY weary of doing that.

Edit: Ok, so Ithought you had washer between the hub and pulley. But you are saying the bolts stick through the back of the hub and they comethrough the other side? I don't think those are the right size bolts then.

it is the zzp pulley and the s/c pulley is fine. it is the intense tenstioner pulley making the noise so i am going to take it back off and check the bracket again. I do have 60lb injectors in by the way, it is still on GM tune but i am not even putting the car into boost until i get hptuners

Yeah, I put the washers in between the head of the bolts and the pulley ring. They were the ones that came with my pulley system, but they were just a tad too long. Or my dumb ass put the hub on wrong, probably option B.

If it was the ZZP pulley, when you install the hub you can't do it flush with the s/c shaft. It has to stick out about .05"-.10" otherwise the pulley will be too far back and not allign properly with the rest of the pulleys.

Flip the idler over. I found when I ground my bracket that I had more clearance on one side than the other. Maybe you accidently flipped the idler pulley over between the time you ground it and put it on the car.
