Wow this is funny. I just got a call saying a local here just had his 2nd one fail on him. Took two weeks to get it back the first time too. I actually thought maybe this was him that posted this.

WTF! My roll pin broke AGAIN! This time I put a nut and bolt through the shift lever instead of another weak ass roll pin.
