Has anyone had any success getting warranty work done on interior issues like the headliner rattle/noise and the back seat rattling? These are things that annoy me to death while driving, but are they fixable?:

 

I would say it depends on the dealer. I have a few rattles. Ruber ones actually like the sunroof and the fabric on the drivers visor makes an annoying noise sue to vibration of the cabin

 

If the dealer is able to duplicate your concern, they should be able to fix it. Have a Service Advisor or Manager go for a drive with you so you can show them the problem.

 

Theres a tsb for the rear seat rattle.

If you have a sunroof ,I think the rattle noise when the cover is open would be hard to stop.

my only bitch rattle is the damn sunshade for the sunroof. If it's all the way back, now that it's cold, it rattles until I pull it forward a couple of inches.

Oh and the blower fan is noisy on the '1' setting when cold.

 

My blower setting 1 makes a weird whistling sound sometimes
