Radiator broken. I officially hate Utah.
The parking lots here are made in such an idiotic manner that you have to exit at a near 180° angle and at <1mph in order to not scrape. And you still scrape!
I have been doing this since January when I bought the car, at great expense to the appearance of the underside of my beautiful zzp stage 3 heat exchanger.
It finally happened, though. I was exiting a parking lot at a nice wide angle getting passed by a snail and I hear BAM and the subsequent bing-bing-bing of my car's warning system telling me that I am suddenly low on coolant.
I pull into another parking lot to see a nice red-orange waterfall flowing from my once nigh-flawless car. I was pissed.
I got it towed home and took a look at it today and, yeah, the radiator is busted. right in the place where it mounts to the subframe on the driver's side. So, I am forced to ask, does anyone have one of these lying around? Better yet, does GM (or anyone else for that matter) manufacture a fully aluminum replacement part for this horrid plastic-sided piece of schidt?
Why would they bolt the plastic part of a radiator to part of the frame??? Why use Plastic?(Obviously, i know the answer to this, I still hate it though) Argh! Why can't Utah have parking lots that you can drive out of without destroying your car? Why should I have to pull out on an angle in my BLAZER?
AAAAAAAAAAAAaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrgh!!!!!!!
Does anyone have a spare radiator? Or know where I could get one cheap? I plan on visiting junkyards tomorrow......

It's a radiator from what he described. I have the same problem with my CXR h/e. It bottoms out, swings back and hits the rad causing the mount to snap and create a large hole in the radiator endtank
