wow. Well, i heard they had an issue with all the plastics but i didn't hear anything about any radio's peeling. There is a recall on the door panel plastics, but I dunno if you can do anything about the radio peeling. :-\

see if they'll give you the cost of the radio, then you could get a sick aftermarket one cuz the OEM one probably costs like $350. doubt it would happen but just an idea if they can't get you one quick enough.

Yeah, I have an 05 Equinox and the radio buttons are doing the same exact thing. I haven't made a big deal of it though...

I doubt it. Everyone I know who's changed their stereos came away with useless steering wheel buttons.

Well for one, anyone who sees a whole 'brand new car' is going to be turned off immediatly for peeling radio buttons. I didn't buy a new car for that, so it's a big deal to me.
"Useless steering wheel buttons" sucks lol. There's gotta be a way to get it to work with an aftermarket stereo, even if it means a new wheel with new buttons.

It's not leaking, and i've had one before that as well, never any problems. BUT
I guess i'll move it to the driver side when they replace it, to be sure.
