Rattle / clattering @ low rpm with little load on motor. (Video)

So I just bought and revived this car (09 SS) after it sat in a garage unused for about 5 years. This noise has been there since I got it running, however, as I've driven it, it's started to quiet down, but isn't totally gone.

At about 1750 rpm give or take a few hundred, when there's little load on the motor (going over hills, driving through my neighborhood or parking lot, or in traffic shifting early) is when I hear it.

I can't replicate it with the car in neutral. It also seems to only happen after the car or transmission has warmed up. I jacked up the front end so I could put it in gear, and that failed to replicate the sound as well, however it wasn't particularly warmed up when that happened.

Sounds like it's coming from the passenger side, so I recorded the video by placing my phone in the foot well, nearest the sound that I could.

Here's the video:

I've read about the timing chain tensioner and guides breaking. The bolt that is commonly sheared off, is tight and in tact. What would the best way to confirm it is or isn't the tensioner?

Any help identifying this would be appreciated. Thank you!

This car makes a lot of weird noises that aren't found on other cars. The transmissions are very noisy. It's hard to tell from your video, but it *could* be normal noise when it's coasting. Sorry it's not much of a help, but if you want to come to Mesa to hear all the "normal" noises you're welcome to go for a ride in my car.

Yea, so I hear, lol. Between bad Throw out bearings, input shafts, timing belt tensioners, sheared bolts, broken guides, gear chatter, and heat shields, it's crazy.

Next time I'm up there, I'll send you a message. Any chance you know of any active members down here in Tucson?
