Rear Brakes

My rear brakes looked like they crap so I took them in. The dealership I took it to sucked. No offered rental car, they called once in 5 days. Towards the tail end of my cars stay I was calling them twice a day.

They replaced the rear pads and rotors under warranty. They said "Only this one time, I spoke with a regional Gm rep and he said just his one time"

I think its hilarious how they think that the rear rotors and pads being trashed at 16K is my fault. I will be sure a send a nice little letter to Government Motors, I mean General Motors.

The rear brakes are not your fault, just like many parts on the Cobalts that are not a higher quality that wear out fast, all of them are entry level econo cars

I toke my car in for the rotors in the back being messed up on the inside the dealer told me that was normal for high performance brakes. then the ebrake wouldn't even work when i picked it up, they pulled it in and "adjusted" the rear brakes 10 minutes later here comes my car with no ebrake workin, i was told i would have to come back another day to have it fixed. chevy dealers blow

You can do a brake job in 3 to 4 hours, dealers typically charge 1.4/end. Did they keep your car waiting for the parts to come in first?
