Question Reduced engine power

Bottom view

Is this supposed to have a connection of some sort or no?

I've been getting "reduced engine power" when the car is at WOT in 2nd gear but 1st gear it pulls fine. I have P1182 popping up. My mods are just GMS2 and K&N Typhoon and I have a busted IC pump. So far I've cleaned the throttle body and replaced the Supercharger inlet pressure sensor and nothing it still does it. Ideas before I go replacing the gas pedal and TB.

OK so the sensor on top is the barometric pressure sensor and yes it doesn't have a connection it just hangs there. Now my car is throwing 3 DTCs

P0033
P1182
P0068

It's going to be a nightmare to fix this ho

These codes look familiar to me.

P0033 Supercharger Bypass Valve Solenoid Control Circuit PCM.

https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/prob...-p1182-178313/

from what i can see it looks like i would replace the bypass valve solenoid and check the vacuum lines and go from there. The other two codes might be coming up because of the bypass not working properly. Just an idea.
