Well I was driving today and out of nowhere my car quits going and start making a crazy noise. Started it back up and ran fine and took it to a autozone and got the MAF sensor code... Any idea what to do next? Replace or clean?

 

Mine did the same. I cleaned my MAF with break cleaner. works just fine now.

 

They are $70 buy one and some cleaner. Clean the old one first and see if it works if it doesn't then just replace it that's what I did

 

then again what kind of car do you have? LSJ? LNF?

just buy one and some cleaner and try what I suggested if it doesn't work change it if it does go get your money back.

 

I had a problem with my MAF (LSJ) and cleaned it, It kept throwing the code, replaced it after cleaning it 3 times and no problems!
