My stock head unit is bad! I am about to purchase another stock unit from a member. My question is can I just hook it up? Or does it need unlocked? Anybody have any info on this? thanks

yeh bro if you going to get the factory head unit (just a new one) your going to be able to plug and play although, you are going to unlock it from the dash which if you take it to ur dealer they should have no problem doing it. Let me know how it goes

 

if the other person lives near by.. you may want to try get them to go to the dealership with you to vouch for it not being stolen
