RPMS Jumping/Engine Power Reduced

So I went out to Dunkin Donuts today and came back home, after about an hour, I had to run out to the store. I start my car and the DIC displays engine power reduced, and the engine is shaking badly, and the RPM's are jumping between 1200 and ~1700. Does anyone have any idea what this might be? looks like i'll be taking a trip to the dealer soon...

Anyone? I replaced the spark plugs today and cleaned the throttle body. but still no help...

I don't have a scanner, I went to advanced auto today and they wouldn't scan it either, they told me it's against their policy now. It seems to run fine when I'm driving, only when I idle does it shake real bad.
