I recently installed my zzp s3 h/e and now my car runs lean. I clean the maf, tb, checked all my lines and installed new o2. I'm tunes with zzp's 60lb inj 3" short header high flow cat and tip. The h/e isn't tuned yet. Could this affect anything?

U have another problem

 

My k&n intake tubing was rubbing forever ago on the fins of the computer. Now its fixed but could this be affecting anything? They are 2 little notches.
