Saturated carpet on drivers side front

So I've been having a mildew kind of smell coming from the inside of the car and wasn't sure why but today I noticed my drivers side front carpet is soaked to where you push on the carpet and it like flows right out...what causes this or how do I fix this?

shop vac the liquid out, scrub with carpet cleaner then spray periodically with disinfectant spray.

I don't if our cars have this but when I worked at Toyota we would have to clean out a small a/c drip hose under the car whenever this happened. That always worked so you could check under your car and see if you have that same drip hose.

Do you have a sunroof? If so your drain is clogged. Just need to pull back the headliner to get to it and find the issue

9 times out of 10 puddles seem to be from the sunroof drains. If it rained recently I'd almost guarantee that's the issue
