Getting on freeway I was in third trying to pick up speed from 25-50 mph. my boost was good pushing 18 and @ 3500 rpm i heard a pop like a coke can opening so i let off and everything seemed fine till i tried to make the car boost again. 6 psi allong with a louder charging and recirculating sound. Basically everything is louder like its open to air.. car is stock and i never had any tire slippage.... confused... I hope I dont have a problem with the bypass/recirculation valve... grr.

 

sounds like one of the intercooler endtanks cracked

Endtank on cold side cracked.... and its not under warranty by gm lol well if it happens again i will do it myself with an aftermarket intercooler.... love how the rep said it was in an accident then he said a rock got under the car and hit it i was done arguing after that.. anyways it couldnt be driven cause the maf was spiking between 10-35 and the closest service station was 30 miles away not paying for tow...

so whos up for next group buy of intercoolers LOL.
