Son Of A Curb!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You will have to paint them afterwards.
Be sure to use a fiberglass primer if you use bondo.
iscraped my rim at the gas station. It was gonna cost 125 to fix since there was a good foot in circumference around it of scratched up rim. I followed a how to and fixed it myself instead. And luckily you have polished rims, so you can just sand out the scratch and polish it back to the shine of the rest of the rim.
We are all so much better than this site.
I hope it implodes.
my old truck had 33" tires...curbs, **** curbs...id just roll right over that chit, now i am so paranoid about curbs, i stay the hell away

Mine was covered under my insurance when I got in the wreck. I was saying wherever you take it make sure they give you some sort of warranty because my clear is peeling bad.....very bad. Just a heads up and to save you many many headaches.

GM will only warranty the wheels for issues like the paint peeling or bubbling. They wont do it for self inflicted damage UNLESS you bought a Wheel and Tire warranty which does cover wheel damage. I dont know if you did or even if you could of I'm not sure if they offer it there but they do have it here. I chose not to get it on my car and I wish i did, as I was leaving a parking lot I grazed a really beat down curb, my rims not that bad so it can be fixed. Your best bet is to take your car to a wheel repair shop and see what they can do. If its to deep and gouged to be fixed your gonna have to get a new rim.
I live, work, and park in a city all the time, most of the time parallel parking againt a curb. I have yet to hit one in 3 1/2 years in the SS. Just adjust the power mirror down so that you can keep an eye on how close you're getting.
WOW......kinda is getting a little out of hand.

OK, I gotta ask......
what exactly is a self-made curb? Did a bunch of concrete get together and decide they were going to group up and form a curb to mess with people?
