Random Misfire Code

So, I'm still getting a random misfire code even after doing the fuel filter and plugs. Anyone think they know what else it could be? I haven't a clue what to do about it.

bump Anyone else throw this code?

I had the code before the flywheel install though.

And last night when I was leaving work it was misfiring very badly. The car was shaking a little and the CEL was blinking. I turned the car off, waited for a minute, turned it back on and it was fine. I need to figure this out though. This was the second time the car started up like this.

had the same problem, rocker arm snapped and put a hole in the back of the engine that almost went through, you can see the crack. took it to chevy and fixed everything

it didn't happen to start when you installed you H/D combo? mine was doing that after i installed mine and it seems to be an issue with the front O2 sensor. check your fuses and or o2 sensor lines for nay chafing, cuts, or melting.

Not sure exactly when it started, because I reached a point where I just figured that the CEL was due to P0171 and P0420 lol

I'll check that though, thanks.
