ss/sc issue
alright a little back ground. My car is a 2006 SS/SC, it has been built with forged internals, built head zzp stg 2 cams, ect. Anyway recently when driving if I'm in second gear and hold the rpm at about 3k or higher the car will lose rpm reading and basically shut off.
Now this doesn't happen in any other gear I can cruise the interstate 80mph all day long and have no issue even 3rd seems to work fine. The same thing will happen if I'm in second gear and go WOT at roughly 4k rpm. The tach will drop to zero and it will "idle" but no throttle response or anything. Once the clutch is engaged the car shuts off.
Now restarting it after the occurrence is tricky too. I have to turn everything off, even open the door to turn off the radio and accessory power. Once I've done that I have to wait 5-10 mins before the car will even try to restart. other wise it shakes and backfires. Any body had this issue or know of a fix? I do get a P0335 P0336 code. I've replaced both cam sensor and the crank sensor. I've also put a new PCM in it, swapped tunes, and recieved a crank relearn, but still get the same result. Any help or info would be much appreciated.

yeah i haven't been able check the wiring. you may be onto something with that. hope it didn't pinch it in something when putting it all back together. just weird its only effecting second gear. doesnt seem to have an issue in any other gear.
