Angry Stage 2 Pulley trouble

Well, I dropped my baby off for Stage 2 install at my local small town Chevy dealer. They couldn't get the pulley off with the press. So I waited overnight and they tried to get a local machiine shop to try it. No Good.
I ended up calling them and telling them about the ZZ Performance Site and they ordered the puller from there. Now I have to wait till MONDAY!!!!

At least they are trying to do it right and not fubaring my snout. I get a car to drive till then, but its still crappy.

Anyone else had this much problem getting Stage 2 done.

I have installed several without problems of getting the pulley off. I used a bearing plate under the pulley, then pressed on the shaft, worked great. Now, getting the hub on was another story, but after some searching I found that a Power Steering Pulley installer for a Ford worked. My Snap-On Dealer had one on his truck.

The impact didn't work? I just used a regular puller and an impact and off that sucker went.

How many miles do you have on your car? It should be noted that me and my buddy had a 3' long 1/2" breaker bar prying for about an hour before I convinced my buddy the impact wouldnt hurt the blower(mainly because we weren't getting anywhere) We were a little leary of using the impact, didn't want to jack up any bearings or anything. But, 2000 miles later no problems and I have 4721 right now. Good luck with yours.
