Steering issue

I purchased a 2006 2.4 back in June and it drove awesome. I noticed that my steering is kinda jacked. I can't seem to turn the wheel fully all the way. Meaning the car turns but i know it can turn more.I use to own a cobalt ls so I know. Any suggestion?

I am going to assume that I was able to turn more on my ls because the rim diameter from factory was 15 so more room for the tires to turn where on the ss the rims are 17's so im guessing they had to limit it as well from hitting the fender wall.
