Exclamation Sticking Lifter(s) HELP

Every-time I start my car, I hear a sticky lifter. Very annoying. It's worse on cold starts when the temp is below 60 degrees. It usually goes away once engine warms up, but sometimes when it's cold outside it continues.

I'm wondering what I can do to free it up. doing a quick google search it sounds like Seafoam, ATF, or Marvell Myster Oil.

Wondering if anyone has had good luck on our LSJ motor with these items with this issue.

Engine Mods:
K&N Cold Air Intake Typhoon
Pacesetter Ceramic Headers
Magnaflow Muffler

Thanks in Advance, I will update on if anything helps me. Just looking to see if anyone has an idea on what works good or what doesn't.

Well, just so you guys know. The fix it a half can of Seafoam into your oil. I just did that and now no more sticky lifter. YAY!
