Last week I finshed putting my rims and lowering springs on. Anyways today I had my windows down in the nice weather and noticed everytime I brake a ticking comes from the back. It is speed associated as I start slowing down it gets slower and only happens when the brake is engauged. Then when I stop I hear this creeking noice sounds really weird.

Any thoughts
